Description:
Joy is contagious!  And it could be at work now –literally, at your workplace!
The state of Joy involves a conscious decision…awareness that there is always a choice to be made between focusing on the negative or the positive; between being judgmental or accepting; between being kind and supportive or mean spirited and antagonistic.  Sometimes it’s difficult to be mindful of our choices and stay positive.  This little gem of a book can be your shining light.  It is written for people who realize that positive thoughts and actions can dramatically change our lives, and create a workplace filled with meaning and purpose.  For each day of the year there is one page with three areas.  You will find on each page of this daily guide a thought provoking “Inspirational Quote”, a practical positive “Action” related to the theme of the quote where you can focus your attention for the day, and a “Point to Ponder” which often times takes the form of a short story and elaborates on the concept of the day.  These practical daily steps can turn your workplace (and life outside the workplace!) into a more joyful, gratifying, and productive space for you and those around you to flourish.  Spread the Joy!
